Bulls vs. Bears and Market Summary on 21-APR-2010

Short Term Bulls vs. Bears Scoring System

To prevent whipsaws, I suggest to use the following guideline for short-term trading:
Short-term buy signal: Bulls>Bears and Bulls>=25;
Short-term Sell signal: Bears>Bulls and Bears>=25
Comments: This market is stock pickers and day traders market. It is very hard to do swing trades. To prevent whipsaws, I talked about in comment area many days ago that you can use 25 points as the critical threshold.(I put the note under the plot in case people missed in comments area).
Good lucks in your trading.

Comments: If SPY pullbacks to the yellow box area, it is still healthy for the long term.
