Short-term buy signal: Bulls>Bears and Bulls>=25; Sell signal: Bears>Bulls and Bears>=25
Comments: If you are windering why the bulls' scores only gained 1 point, it is because the volume is low.  I don't know how the indices can go up that much with such low volume.
